Terms and Conditions of Accomodation
Apollo 169 Management P/L

- All bookings are made on the understanding that following terms and conditions are accepted.
- Check in time- after 3.00pm
- Check out time-by 10.00am
- To confirm your stay, payment for the first night’s accommodation is required upon making the reservation.
- During peak periods 50% of the total accommodation tariff is required at time of reservation, unless alternative arrangements have been authorised by Apollo169 Management. The total balance to be paid 1 month in advance of your stay, this applies during peak periods. (Please see bottom of page to what constitutes PEAK PERIOD). During times outside of peak period, 1st night payable at time of booking, balance due within 14 days of arrival. All tariff to be paid in full prior to your stay.
- Cancellation policy – A minimum of 30 days notice is required for cancellations during peak periods. Cancellations made under the 30 days will forfeit the amount of three night’s accommodation (unless the apartment can be re-let, in which case the 1st night’s accommodation payment will be forfeited).
Outside peak periods cancellations can be made 72 hours prior to check-in date. Cancellations made under the 72 hours will forfeit the amount of the 1st night’s accommodation.
- All cancellations will incur a $25 administration cost.
- As standard policy a credit card is required as guarantee for Security Bond. An amount of AU$350 for Apartments & AU$150 for Studio Rooms will be held against your card on check in. The occupier can provide the equivalent amount in cash upon arrival. Apollo169 Management Pty Ltd will not issue keys to any Apartment/Studio Room until payment of the Security Bond has been received.
- Apartments are serviced for arrival, and are refreshed after 3 nights of a continual 5 night or longer stay.
- Studio rooms are serviced for arrival and are refreshed daily.
- The property strictly accommodates the number of people that the bedding indicates, excluding sofa bed. Additional charges apply for supply of linen for use of sofa bed.
- Guests are only given one set of keys for the duration of their stay
- Property is a smoke free environment. Apollo169 Management reserves the right to charge a fumigation fee of $100 when at our discretion any evidence of cigarette odour is identified within the Apartments or Studios.
An amount equal to the nightly tariff may also be charged if the Apartment/Studio is not re-lettable after fumigation.
- Sorry no pets allowed. Guide dogs are permitted.
- Lost property: upon requested we will endeavour to recover and return items left in the apartment or studio, all items will be returned via Cash on Delivery and a further surcharge of $20 will be charged to your credit card. In the absence of a credit card, payment arrangements must be made, before return of the items.
- The Apartment/Studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition
- All breakages and or damage must be reported and replaced or compensated for. Failure to do so may incur extra charges.
- Extra charges will apply for the following:
- The cleaning of and or putting away of any crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware & removal of garbage $40.00.
- Cleaning of BBQ $25.00.
- Supply of additional linen if requested.
- Loss of keys at cost.
- Damages and or breakages at cost.
- NOTE: Peak period includes: Long weekends, School Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Years period & any dates which incorporate local events
- Please note the Bar, Café and Conference facilities at Apollo 169 only operate seasonally adjusted periods and may not be available during your intended stay.
- Car Parking
- Undercover car parking is provided to registered guests only, at no additional charge. Only 1 car parking bay is allocated per apartment.
- Studio Room guests do not have allocated parking and may park in any unmarked bay. Studio Room onsite parking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
